A great class for improving and maintaining good health and wellbeing; teaching postures which tone and stretch whilst relaxing the mind.

A gentle paced class suitable for all abilities.
“I really like the pace of this class its just right, some Yoga classes I’ve been to in the past have been really slow but this is just right. Its got a nice flow to it.”

A Vinyasa Flow style session with an emphasis on developing overall fitness – strength, flexibility, stamina, coordination and balance.

Suitable for those with experience of Yoga and a good fitness level.
“It has built up my core strength over a short period of time… as with all Yoga classes the relaxation at the end is wonderful but in this class you have really earned it.”
